It's not a really a problem…
but an opportunity to grow,
whatever the case may be.
It takes away a lot of pressure
and settles the anxiety.
When you feel this burst of fear,
identify it and let it be.
It's not there to hurt you,
it's just a mirror you see.
Negative thoughts go through your head,
and sting you like a bee.
Don't let them be a straight jacket,
but float on by and be free.
